The physicians and staff of South Denver Cardiology support the mission of the American Heart Association: To reduce the risk of death and disability from heart disease. We provide financial support by being a corporate sponsor of the American Heart Association. We provide time by providing board level support and physician leadership to such American Heart Association activities as the Annual Heart Ball and Heart Walk.

In addition, our physicians and staff are active in mentoring and educating the public and other health professionals as they enter our discipline. Many of our physicians are Associate and Assistant Professors of Medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, providing “bedside” examples of quality care.

Our new center’s goal is to be a beacon to the community for education and prevention activities. Health fairs and awareness programs will lead our list of offerings, designed to increase knowledge and empower the individual to their maximum state of cardiovascular wellness.
