Mr. Breakfast Flaxseed Oatmeal Pancakes:
Makes 6 Servings of 2 pancakes each. Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients:

Preparation: Combine all dry ingredients, then mix in milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Let the mix stand for 15 minutes. Pour batter into pools of desired pancake size on a hot griddle lightly greased with cooking spray.
