Probiotic Arnold Palmer Recipe with Stevia

Lemonade may be the quintessential drink of summer, but if you’re watching your sugar intake, even one glass can be a nightmare. A serving of 8 fluid ounces prepared from concentrate may contain as much as 25 grams of sugar!  By preparing lemonade from fresh lemons and sweetening the beverage with Stevia, a natural sweetener derived from the Stevia rebaudiana plant, however, you can have sugar-free lemonade that contains only one (1) gram of carbohydrate per cup.  By adding probiotics, you are consuming a beverage with tremendous health benefits. So, the probiotic Arnold Palmer recipe is born!
Probiotics and tea have the following healthful effects:

In a large pitcher, mix together 1 bottle of KeVita and the juice from lemons. Add iced tea and liquid stevia. Serve on ice with additional lemon wedges.
Makes 4 servings.  Calories: 5. Carbs: 1 g. Sodium: 45 mg. No fat, cholesterol, protein.
