When it comes to heart health and what causes heart disease, we spend a lot of time talking about eating healthy and staying fit. But, sometimes it’s just plain old good medicine that feeds your minds and uplifts you that can be some of the best medicine. And, in the winter months, there is nothing better than curling up on the couch with something warm to drink and a good book. To that end, we have put together a little list of books for some winter reading. These are classified as feel good books and most are widely available from the likes of Amazon, Barnes and Noble, iBooks, and more. Or, better yet, most local libraries.

The book makes readers believe in the power of one voice that can inspire and change the world.
