Tai Chi-24 Form


Tai Chi-24 form: The ancient Chinese art of movement meditation, consisting of slow continuous, circular movements in a flowing form. Performing all 24 movements will give the beginner an introduction to the essential elements of Yang Style Tai Chi long form. Come and learn the basic moves while improving your balance, coordination, and memory! Medical clearance required. Registration is not required, first-come, first-serve (Non-gym member fee $5.00/class)
