William Choe, M.D.

Electrophysiologist

Dr. William Choe received his B.A. in Chemistry at The University of Chicago and his M.D at Northwestern University. He then obtained his Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship at Northwestern University McGaw Medical Center and was named Chief Cardiology Fellow his senior year. Dr. Choe then completed his Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship at Northwestern. Only the Colorado mountains and the opportunity to work at South Denver Cardiology Associates with a former colleague – Dr. Roger Damle – could lure Dr. Choe away from Chicago.

Dr. Choe is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases and Electrophysiology and is a Fellow Affiliate of the American College of Cardiology (ACC). He has served as a delegate for the ACC to the American Medical Association and as President of the American Medical Students Association at Northwestern University. He has co-authored numerous critically reviewed
scientific papers.

Dr. Choe is married and has four children. He enjoys golf and biking.
